Firstly a little about myself; my name is Emma Stone, I started as a nursery nurse and play group coordinator, followed by becoming a community staff nurse in the primary care trust based in Leeds West and now i find myself living it up running a full time Chocolate Fountain Hire business with my 2 young boys wrapped around my legs and baby daughter attached at my hip. My husband Michael is the Director of 4th coming Events Ltd, which is a successful family run national entertainment agency and event management company based in Leeds. I have been involved in the family entertainment business now for over 10 years and have developed a flare for operating at events, including: weddings, special occasions, corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, student balls and proms.

In 2005, The Fondue Fantasy Company was formed to target weddings and special occasions in Yorkshire. Around 2008, I decided to expand and create a sub-branch known as Amazing Chocolate Fountains that will cater for all event types and all areas in Yorkshire and surrounding counties (within reason). We are based in North Leeds (West Yorkshire), therefore we class local bookings within 20 miles radius of Leeds Centre. Outside this area we may require extra for travel, it really just depends on the event, date and of course distance. Often, we can be priced in with an entertainment or events package and therefore travel costs are minimal. In any case, we aim to be as competitively priced as possible and provide a service second to none.

So, what is it about our Chocolate Fountain hire services that have gained us such a great reputation? My husband is convinced it is the reputation of his entertainment company; however on this occasion i can clearly owe this to the outstanding services provided by my friendly chocolatiers (including myself of course) who setup the fountains to look absolutely stunning and serve guests in order to avoid any accidents or at least show your guests the art of chocolate dipping without creating a mess. Moreover, we try to keep everything as simple as possible for our client and provide a fully self-contained service, in which we supply everything from the freshly prepared dips, non-stop Belgian chocolate (with NO added oil), napkins, skewers to even a 4ft round table with high quality linen (if the venue does not have any available). The only things we require is a power point and a good position to setup such that the fountain is visible to create that amazing eye catching effect as your guests arrive. Also, once you have booked our services, we are very conscientious on providing you with all relevant details in the form of a booking agreement (including our terms of business - nothing horrendous just sensible conditions) and keep contact with yourself and the venue (where appropriate - usually touching base at least 1 week prior to the event date). We also follow a strict practice by keeping our public liability insurance up to date and ensuring our equipment is PAT tested annually to ensure all items comply with the electrical regulation standard suitable for operating at all venues. Furthermore, our chocolatiers hold food hygiene certificates and most have enhanced CRB disclosures. There are many occasions in which we are required to provide a risk assessment and method statements, therefore we are happy to provide this when requested.
